Nikko Racing, Europes Exhaust and Induction Specialist, are uniquely positioned in that they work with Exhausts, G Pack ignition modules and Fuel Injection adjustment products. Quality, Design & Performance
Nikko manufacture their pipework and silencer internals using only high grade stainless steel or Titanium to ensure they will last. Silencers are round oval or conical, full race, semi race, or in EEC approved road legal form and are available in aluminium, carbon fibre or titanium.
Bolt ons bolt straight to the original pipework, slip ons include the connecting pipe between the original headers and the silencer and full systems are a complete replacement system. They allow retention of centre stands, where fitted and allow free access to oil filters ect. All Nikko Racing products carry a two year guarantee.
NX Road & Race Silencers
The NX Road & Track silencer is a road legal E marked silencer with a special, easily removable baffle for use in racing and track riding. After removal of a single rivet you can pull out the inner silencer tube and it becomes a full race silencer for use on closed tracks. To re-use it on EEC roads simply reinsert the baffle and rivet back into place. The best of both worlds in a single silencer and available in alloy, carbon or titanium finish options for most models. Now you finally have the fully road legal race silencer you have always wanted.
High Level and ULTRA HIGH level
Nikko have one of the largest choices of high level systems and slip ons on the market. Those listed as Ultra High level are literally right up under the seat and listings shown as high level are between standard height and Ultra High Level. The choice is yours.
Nikko Race Conical Full Systems
These excellent, modern High Tech full race systems from Nikko are race bred and built without compromise. Utilizing both high technology and hand crafting to produce the very highest quality and performance. They use billet alloy head spigots fixed to the head, then attach the system with springs. This allows rapid removal of the system without the need to undo the head bolts.
Pipework is lightweight stainless steel with Race Conical headers, beautifully hand crafted welds and weighs around 2.9kg depending on model. Many headers are also joined with ‘Boost bottles’ to further promote torque. Silencers are either Full Titanium at around 1.7kg or Ti sleeve, carbon or alloy with the Road Legal NX silencer.
We have now started using these on our endurance Gsxr Suzuki after doing some Dyno comparison tests against the leading and better known exhaust manufacturers. We were amazed and delighted with the results! So will you be!
All non road legal silencers are sold for race use only on closed race tracks and are not for road use.
